The Hoist resistance training circuit is located on the 2nd floor bridge overlooking the back court gym next to the indoor jogging track. This circuit of ten machines alternates between upper and lower body strength training moves.
A pace clock located over the circuit area allows users to follow a guide of 45 seconds of continuous exercise and 15 seconds to rest or switch pieces of equipment.
Two Techno Gym bikes and four stretching mats also allow for variation in your circuit routine.
