Commit To Get Fit is an intense fitness and nutrition program sponsored by UC Living Well. The program includes the following:

(1st three tests are done before and after the 10 week program)

  • • SubMax VO2 Assessment (measure of cardiovascular health)
  • • Resting Metabolic Rate (measure of resting caloric expenditure)
  • • Bod Pod Assessment (measure of body fat percentage)
  • • 30 small group exercise sessions over a 10 week period
  • • Classes meet on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings
    •    5:30 - 7:30pm at the Anteater Recreation Center (ARC).
  • • FREE Heart Rate monitor
  • • Nutritional guidance
  • • Nutritional assessment
  • • 10 week ARC membership for those without current membership

The 2010 Commit To Get Fit program is currently going on and we will be posting the program success stories at the end of the program in August.
