You are a unique individual and you have a very unique metabolism. RMR testing will assess your metabolism and find the rate at which you burn calories. By knowing the number, you will know exactly how many calories you need to eat every day to gain weight, lose weight, or maintain your weight. You'll leave with a weekly plan of how many calories to eat, and how many calories to burn through exercise. This test takes about 45 minutes to complete, and requires a follow-up consultation 3-5 business days after testing to receive your results.
