Aerobics Instructor's choice! High-low impact aerobics, step, toning, cycling, or any combination of the four. Gain an early morning energy burst with this upbeat, eye awakening class!

Aqua Fitness Stay cool while getting an awesome workout! This deep-water class is easier on the joints and back than land-based exercises. The water resistance gives a deep muscular workout and a great cardio exercise.

Ballet Workout This class incorporates many ballet moves to tone the entire body.

Boot Camp Are you bored with your normal routine? Are you ready to try something new? If you said yes to either of these questions then we have the class for you. Come join us for our new “Boot Camp” class. The class combines cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance and overall stamina into a 50 minute class. You will not be disappointed.

Drum Circle Bring your own drums, bongos, and maracas to this half hour of self-guided, improvised bliss.

Meditation We will practice a variety of short silent and guided meditations in this calming class.

NIA NIA is a GREAT WORKOUT for your entire body!! Danced barefoot, NIAcombines structured and free movement, using concepts and tools from the martial arts, dance arts, and healing arts, and offers total body cardiovascular conditioning.

Pump & Sculpt This resistance training class is designed to give your entire body an awesome workout. Tone and strengthen your body with a variety of barbell exercises set to music.

Simple Step This class is great for everyone from beginners to athletes. It is one half hour of simple but intense movement on the step platform. It will usually be followed by Abs & Thighs.

Spicy Step This step class has choreography that is kicked up to a festive level.

Step, Abs & Thighs This class combines the traditional step class with a 20 minute abs & thighs workout at the end.

Stress Less Stress-less provides some quick and easy, scientifically proven techniques to reduce your body's stress level. Each week a few techniques, such as breathing exercises, rhythmic movement, visualization, and laughter will be practiced to affect physiological changes that will reduce your stress level. These techniques will tune up your body for better achievement, and you'll leave feeling refreshed.

Studio Cycling An intense, low impact spin class using the V-Bike studio cycles. Class is limited to 19 participants, so get there early!
