Blue Horizontal Bar
Kickbox An aerobics based class designed to build endurance, tone muscles, and increase agility by using punching and kicking combinations set to music. When you sign-up for the MW or TT Kickbox class, you are allowed to participate in all weekday Kickbox classes on a space available basis. Saturday class students may only participate in that class as it requires a separate registration.

Massage Let your fingers do the work with our popular Massage class. Beginning Massage is a "hands on" class designed to teach participants effective methods of relieving stress and muscular tension through massage. Massage techniques for the back, abdomen, head, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, legs, and feet will be included. Students will practice learned techniques on each other during class sessions. Please wear a tank top, bathing suit, or shorts, and bring a large towel to each class. Massage class is taught by licensed massage therapist Chuck Fata.

Pilates This class is all body toning, stretching, and core conditioning, using your own body for resistance, based on the work of Joseph Pilates.
