Campus Recreation has a wide array of opportunities for you to begin or improve your fitness program. Our fitness center is "state of the art" with a complete line of free-weights, resistance machines, and cardio-vascular equipment. The staff is well-trained and here to help you with the proper use of the equipment, and with your program goals. we also offer personal training and weight training classes. If you prefer working-out with others, a wide array of fitness and group exercise classes including step, kickboxing, sculpting, yoga, and pilates is available. We look forward to seeing you at the ARC!
