Invest in your health and fitness by receiving personal training. Whatever your motivation, working one-on-one with a personal trainer can help you maximize your workout results. Each session lasts between 45 minutes and one hour while you complete a personalized workout designed to meet your goals.

Buddy-Up
Designed for two - three participants, buddy training offers an option for those short on cash but interested in a personal trainer. By "buddying-up", you will not only have a great workout partner, but can be trained for half the price!

*The price per session for buddy training is divided by the number of participants. Each buddy in addition to the first two will increase the price by $10 per session.
