* Starting week of 2/6 all UCI - Aldrich Park classes are moving to Humanites Courtyard - Krieger Hall KH 600 (D5) and Humanities Hall HH 601 (E4)

Pump - Irvine (Tuesday/Thursday):
This invigorating 44 minute class on is designed to give your entire body a quick and effective resistance workout. Tone and strengthen your body with a variety of resistance band, body weight, and core exercises before heading back to work reenergized.

Yoga – Irvine: This 50 minute class combines physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation, all in the beautiful and serene setting of Aldrich park. Yoga has been known to reduce pain, high blood pressure, anxiety, and depression. Class meets under the two large trees at the very center of the park, and all levels of experience are welcome. Please bring your own mat, as they are not provided.

Bootcamp - Irvine: This 40 minute class features a boot camp class with Adam that is designed to improve your athletic performance and fitness. All levels welcome, as all exercises can be modified to be more or less intense, based on ability.

Yoga - UCIMC: This 50 minute class combines physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation. Yoga has been known to reduce pain, high blood pressure, anxiety, and depression. All levels of experience are welcome. Please bring your own mat, as they are not provided.

Zumba - UCIMC: This 50 minute class focusses on aerobic fitness using Latin American-inspired dance movements and music. It is safe for most ages and fitness levels. Please bring water and comfortable shoes.

Gentle Yoga - Santa Ana Clinic: This class combines physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation. Yoga may help with many conditions including pain, blood pressure, anxiety and depression. All levels of experience are welcome. Mats are provided. Please bring water if you’d like.

Zumba - Santa Ana Clinic: This is an aerobic fitness class using Latin American-inspired dance movements and music. It is safe for most ages and fitness levels. Please bring water and comfortable shoes.
