A nutrition based program designed to help you become healthier through smart food choices. It is a six week cumulative program that builds on the goals in week 1. |

Fuel Up UCI sounds like the previous Lighten Up UCI - what is the difference?
We made some small improvements to the Lighten Up UCI program and came up with Fuel Up UCI. We changed the name to emphasize the importance for everyone to eat more heathful nutrients for better performance, rather than weight loss, which might also be a welcome benefit. You can also use the program to help with the increase of lean muscle mass if you choose. |

How do I record my progress?
Log on to the Fuel Up UCI website
| • | Select the "Log My Points" from menu and login |
| • | Click the corresponding boxes for each week and hit submit |
| • | You will earn points for both the behavior and goal each day |
| • | Remember, you can log up to 7 days back... Good Luck! |

Are there incentive prizes?
Yes, for points logged between January 22, 2008 and June 30, 2008.

How do I get my FREE Fuel Up UCI mug?
You can get a free Fuel Up UCI mug simply by registering for the program and picking it up with program information at the Kickoff event or information session you choose.
Starting, January 17th - On campus, the mug may be picked up at Campus Recreation Services (2nd floor, Anteater Recreation Center) Monday - Friday from 8am - 6pm. At the medical center, it may be picked up at Human Resources Monday - Friday from 9am - 3pm.
