Ashley Antovich
Ashley Antovich is certified in resistance, strength, and endurance group X as well as studio cycling and Kinesis training. Along with the UCI Campus recreations, she shares her talents as a Group X instructor for 24 Hour Fitness. Ashley brings a modern, high-energy, Hip-hop style, geared towards individuals ready to test and strengthen their mind and body. She is that individual, dedicated to maximizing your workout discipline!

Kristine Balagot
Kristine is a TurboKick specialist, and works closely with Chalene Johnson, the founder of TurboKick. She recommends her class to anyone who loves cardio and wants to burn a lot of calories.

Megan Brown
Megan is an AFAA and NASM certified group exercise instructor and Personal Trainer.  Her inimitable enthusiasm will challenge and encourage you to greater physical fitness.

Sunhwa Condorelli
Sunhwa has been teaching Step, Sculpt, KickBoxing, Yoga, Pilates, Hi/lo and Stability Balls for 13 years. She is an AFAA certified aerobics instructor, as well as having certificates in Stott Pilates, Balance Body Pilates, AFAA Pilates and a Yoga certificate from Norway.

Doris Dodge-Thews
Doris is a nationally recognized master trainer for group exercise instructors, and also does Pilates Reformer personal training. Doris has high energy and enjoys keeping her classes engaging and entertaining.

Brad Doucette
Brad is an undergraduate at UC Irvine. He is a rowing specialist, having competed for the venerable UC Irvine Crew team. Coming from an athletic background, he likes to focus on coaching his students to reach the best individual workouts possible while having a little fun at the same time.

Amanda Ebner
Amanda Ebner is an ACE-certified Personal Trainer, AFAA-certified Group Exercise Instructor, IndoRow Instructor, and Schwinn MPower Indoor Cycling Instructor. Her style balances challenge and support in a positive, energetic environment that will keep you motivated and working hard.

Carol Gourlay
Carol has been teaching exercise classes for over 15 years. She is a motivating instructor and hopes that everyone will try out her class, because she gives modifications to everything she does, so any fitness level can feel successful in her classes

Jennifer Kelly
Jennifer is certified in strength and endurance training and a cycle group exercise instructor. She has numerous years experience in training, coaching and teaching individuals, large/small groups and teams. She brings a high level of energy and skill-set that will motivate and engage all levels of fitness in each class. In addition to a solid workout, members often comment on the positive atmosphere and music that will make you move.

Bryn Lanfried
Bryn is an "inspired" Anusara Yoga instructor. She first started practicing yoga in 1994 and has been teaching yoga since 1999. She holds a number of certifications in yoga, personal training, yoga therapy and massage. Her classes are playful and heart oriented for all levels of practicioners.

Brenda Lawer
Brenda has been teaching for over 20 years and received her MFA in dance here at UCI. She is a certified NASM personal trainer and an AFAA group instructor. She also has certificates in Turbokick, Piyo, Hip Hop and AFAA Yoga. Brenda's experience and dedication to fitness allows her to teach challenging yet fun classes.

Cindy Mendoza
Cindy has been teaching group fitness classes for 8 years and sees group exercise as a way to share her positivity! She makes sure that each element of the class is valuable and challenges the body.

Ann Marie Occhipinti
Ann Marie MA, MFT, founder of Bhuya Yoga LLC, has practiced yoga for ten years. Her yoga classes, based on the Viniyoga methodology, focus on the needs of the class, which incorporate balance, strength, focus and well-being through the use of postures, breath and intention.

Fay Pastel
Fay is certified by several different Yoga and fitness organizations. She is able to comfort and calm new or nervous practitioners, and also challenge the seasoned Yogi, with her eclectic Vinyasa Flow style.

Ming-Jen Schu
Ming has been teaching for 15 years and holds AFAA Certifications in Group exercise, Personal Trainer, Step, Kickboxing, Weight Training, Mat Science, Practical Pilate, and Aqua. Ming recommends his classes to all those who wish to relieve some stress, get fit, and have fun doing it.

Aileen Sheron
Aileen has trained group exercise instructors around the world in the latest exercise techniques. She enjoys educating and challenging her participants, but most of all keep the classes fun.

Megan has been teaching yoga for five years and is certified throughYogaWorks. She likes to incorporate strength, stretch and relaxation into her classes, and welcomes all levels in her classes.

Tim Tift
Tim has been teaching for 48 years, and was the head coach for the UCI Men’s Basketball team from 1969 – 1980. He led the Anteaters to NCAA’s twice during his tenure and he was voted into UCI’s Athletic Hall of Fame in 2004. After retiring he became an administrator in Athletics and eventually took over as the Chair of Physical Education and in 1995 moved to the Department of Education where he now teaches new educators. Tim’s noontime Aqua Fitness classes are very popular with Faculty/Staff and students at the ARC.

Sebrina Tomas
Sebrina teaches a wide variety of modalities. She likes to make her workouts fun, yet challenging, and recommends her class to anyone who wants to get a great core workout.
