INTRAMURAL SPORTS: REGISTRATION INFORMATION |

1. |
SIGN-UPS are granted on a first come - first served basis. Teams must pay the entry fee at Campus Recreation Services (Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm) by the entry deadline AND attend the Manager's Meeting to guarantee a spot in a league. Signing-up before the deadline saves the $5 late fee. For more information, Contact Campus Recreation Services (824-3738). |

PICK-UP a team entry form and the Campus Recreation Quarterly Brochure at Campus Recreation Services (or print from the web). |

3. |
LIST names and valid ID numbers of all team members on the form you receive when signing up for a particular league. |
|
|
4. |
CHECK the eligibility of all team members listed on the form. Members must meet all Campus Recreation/Intramural Sports eligibility requirements (as outlined in the Intramural Sports Manager's Handbook). |

5. |
RETURN the completed form at the MANDATORY Manager's Meeting of your particular sport. |
