OUTDOOR ADVENTURE TRIPS

  A short 2 day back packing trip where participants will carry everything they need with them for the weekend and you will still have Monday to relax. We will explore the famous Pacific Crest Trail and have outstanding views of southern California. It's a great spot! You won't want to miss it. The pre-trip meeting will be held on 5/22/13 at 9:30pm in the ARC Conference Room.
 
Malibu Creek Climbing Fees: $30/$40  Date(s):  6/1 Registration Deadline: REGISTER NOW
  If you've climbed with us before or you have been on natural rock then maybe you're ready for the next challenge. We are still climbing at Malibu Creek but we are going to go to the Century Lake region where the climbs can get a little longer and a little steeper. This is one of my favorite spots. Still no lead certifications needed but you should be able to climb the overhang at our wall. The pre-trip meeting will be held on 5/29/13 at 7:30pm in the ARC Conference Room.
 
SCUBA - Open Water Certification Fees: $200 - $225   Call 824-3738
  Saturday 4/6 - 5/26 10am - 11:50am Sea Stallions Scuba Center  
  Saturday 5/18 - 7/7 10am - 11:50am Sea Stallions Scuba Center  
  SCUBA classes are 7 weeks in length including the orientation, and provide students with an SSI certification. Classes include classroom, pool and ocean dives sessions. All participants will attend a Saturday orientation session for the course they plan to attend. Ocean dives will take place on Saturdays and Sundays from approximately 7:30am to 5:00pm. Students will need to purchase thier own personal equipment, but all other required equipment is included in the class fee. Scuba registraion must take place in person at the ARC Sales Desk (open Monday - Friday 8am-6pm)

The orientation will take place at Sea Stallions Dive Shop at 21098 Bake Parkway Suite # 108 in Lake Forest at 10am on the Saturday morning that your class is scheduled to start.  If you have any questions about the class or orientation please contact the Outdoor Adventure Coordinator, Doug Tully at 949-824-0388 or dtully@uci.edu.
