Paddleboard Yoga brings the practice and art of Yoga into perfect fusion with Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Boarding. Students experience all the benefits of Yoga and SUP while practicing under the sun on the beautiful water of Newport Harbor. The first 30 minutes is dedicated to learning how to properly use a paddleboard and peacefully paddling around the harbor. The remaining time is dedicated to Yoga on the SUP Board.
Classes are open to “all levels”. Students are taken through a Vinyasa Yoga flow with customized and detailed instruction for the SUP board so even if you have not been practicing Yoga for years, or if you have never been on a SUP board, you will be able to enjoy and benefit from this class!
