BOOKING & FORMS

Booking Process

  1. To start, please email the Team Up Director at rybaj@uci.edu with your requested event details to answer these questions:
    • Your name, first and last
    • Org/Group name
    • Type of program desired
    • Preferred Event Date
    • Preferred start time (on the hour or half-hour)
    • # of participants (expected max)
    • Your intention for attending our program
    • Other info you would like to share
    We will get back to you about date availability and pricing to set the event details
  2. Once your event details are confirmed, you will receive an invoice/contract via email from our Sales Department. Any changes to the contract (such as group size) must be approved by Team Up Director before you can receive an updated contract. No changes will be allowed within 5 business days of the event.
  3. After the event, we request you provide feedback from your experience to help us continue improving our programs, an evaluation form can be found below. A Yelp review would also be appreciated. https://www.yelp.com/biz/team-up-teambuilding-and-ropes-course-uci-irvine
Payment Methods

We accept credit card (Visa and Mastercard), check, or cash. For UCI groups we also do department recharges. More information on these methods will be included with the contract.
