Each ARC member can participate in a FREE basic fitness test which will consist of a 3 minute step test, body composition, and flexibility assessment.
Sign-up sheets are available at both the Fitness Lab & Wellness desks.

1st Wednesday of every month from 9am -10:30am
3rd Wednesday of every month from 2 - 4pm
Individual Fitness Analysis
Individualized fitness assessment includes the following health measurements: height, weight, blood pressure, heart rate, 3-minute step test, body composition, and flexibility test.
A fitness professional will discuss your results and help with designing a basic fitness plan.
