You are a unique individual and you need a unique exercise plan.
This is because you have a unique exercise metabolism. Every person burns carbohydrate and fat in different ratios depending on exercise intensity. VO2 sub max testing will assess your individual exercise metabolism.
With the results from your VO2 submax test, we will design a specific cardiovascular (“cardio”) program that will focus on training your exercise metabolism to achieve its greatest efficiency to meet your specific fitness or weight management goals.
You’ll leave knowing:
how hard you need to exercise
how long you need to exercise
how many times per week you need to exercise
how many ACTUAL calories you burn during exercise (the gym machine numbers are not accurate!)
This test takes about 30 minutes to complete, and requires a follow up consultation 3-5 days after to receive your results (included in cost).
