I was born and raised in a small farming town in Colorado where my High School graduation class was a whole 77 people. So I am a very down to earth person with great values. I moved to California 24 years ago and have raised a beautiful daughter who is 23 years old. Family means everything to me. Fitness is my life and I love to share knowledge and see individuals grow into a healthier person.

I have been in the fitness industry for more than 21 years and work for many gyms, private facilities, and organization including running my own business throughout the OC. I have been a Trainer for UCI at the ARC BLDG for over 5 years and teach an Indoor Cycle class here every Thursday at 630 PM .
I worked as a Drill Instructor for Extreme Boot Camp for three years. (come rain or shine 530 AM it was GO TIME outside) As a Master Trainer and Group X Instructor for several gyms I have taught a number of classes such as Aqua Fit, Core/Balance, Boot Camp (indoor as well as out), Indoor Cycle, Body Pump, TKB (Turbo Kick Boxing), Sculpting, Senior Fit, Kid Fit, and TRX.
As a trainer I specialize in core, balance, weight loss, post-rehab, and muscle toning. I do group and buddy training as well. (friends, husband and wife, mom and daughter ext.) I have worked with Pre and post pregnancy and many individuals with different hurdles to cross from Fibromyalgia, plantar fasciitis, hip and knee replacement, back issues, Parkinson's, diabetes, scoliosis and obesity.
I pay close attention to form and make each workout productive, safe, yet fun. I work with beginners, athletes and seniors. I will keep you motivated and show you things to advance you to your next level. No matter what your ability is you will always be learning and challenging yourself.
