ACHIEVEMENTS

Mark competed in the Swiss National Basketball League tournament with his 3LNM team (3rd highest league level). His team ended up losing in the second round against the future champions Fribourg Olympic Basketball, a 1LNM team.

EXPERIENCE

Mark has experienced a variety of sport disciplines by growing up in Switzerland. Winter sports such as skiing, ice skating, snowboarding, and summer sports such as swimming, mountain biking, field hockey, and more. He has also coached basketball players ages 10-16 for 5 years. Finally, Mark worked as a personal trainer at UFC gym in one-on-one and group settings.

INTERESTS

Mark is a competitive person and always wants to surpass himself. For this reason, he makes it a priority to workout multiple times every week. His objective is to be as well rounded as possible by working on strength, speed, and agility. On top of that, Mark enjoys travelling as much as possible to discover new places and spend time outdoors.

PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY

Mark believes that to become the best version of oneself, it is essential to optimize our mental and physical being. For this reason, Mark spends a large quantity of his time learning about the human body and mind through scholar resources, podcasts, and books. His goal is to acquire and use this knowledge to better himself to live a healthy and fulfilling life that he wants to share with the people he interacts with.

TRAINING SPECIALITY

Give him a problem and he will find a way to solve it. Mark will gladly work with beginners to athletes, people looking to improve their physical abilities (mobility, strength, power, and speed) or looking to improve their aesthetics (weight loss, bodybuilding).

Our trainers are certified by nationally recognized programs such as American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), or National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and set the standard in the fitness industry for their knowledge and education.
