Megan Brown
  • Certification: NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and  AFFA-Certified Group Exercise Instructor
  • Specialties: Kickboxing and Kinesis
  • Favorite Activities: Surfing, Ballet dancing, Swimming, and working out.
  • Exercise Philosophy: Working out and creating a healthier lifestyle is all about determination. Create a realistic goal and achieve it. Consistency, discipline, and self-mastery equal results.  Take exercise one day at a time and watch yourself grow not only physically, but emotionally.

  • Certification: Fitness Specialist, Orange Coast College, Costa Mesa, CA.
  • Background: 30 plus years of conditioning and track and field instruction in the U.S.A., Canada and Europe. Olympic gold medalist in the women's discus throw; five-time competitor in the Olympic Games; five-time U.S. National Champion.
  • Training Philosophy:  I subscribe to coach Vince Lombardi's: "The only place where Success comes before Work is the dictionary". Individuals, as well as, groups, achieve personal championship through commitment to excellence and appropriately designed instruction.

  • Certification: Degree- BA in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science from CSULB. 8 years of personal training experience.
  • Specialties: weight loss, maintenance, post injury rehabilitation, and creating a fun and safe exercise program
  • Favorite Activities: swimming, hiking, running, any team sport activities and a passion for cooking.
  • Exercise philosophy: My motto is to stay active and keep moving.

  • Favorite Activities: Krav Maga, Grappling, Kickboxing, Rock Climbing, Hockey.
  • Exercise philosophy: The world is your gym. Use everything and anything around you to achieve your health and fitness goals. That milk jug can be your dumbbell, your barbell, your running partner and your best friend. Use what you have. The sky's the limit.

  • Training Specialties: toning/sculpting, strength, endurance, group fitness
  • Favorite activities:Teaching any group exercise class, training my clients, running, seeing the world and spending time with my children.
  • Exercise philosophy: Don't forget the "personal" in personal trainer. I focus on connecting with each and every client as an individual and starting from there. I believe every individual is capable of attaining their optimum physical condition, if made aware of their potential and how to achieve it. I encourage my clients to set realistic and achievable goals, and I motivate and support them every step of the way. We become a team.
