Shawn has over nine years of experience in the fitness industry, teaching a wide variety of group fitness classes and presenting several fitness workshops. In addition to his Pilates career, Shawn is also a personal trainer and Area Promotions Director/Presenter for Turbo Kick™ and PiYo™.
Shawn’s certifications include; STOTT Pilates Mat and Reformer, ACE certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Fitness and Kickboxing certified. Shawn likes to focus on clients’ form and technique ensuring a safe, yet effective, full-body workout.
His goal is to take his clients to the next level, coaching them to achieve success that they hadn’t imagined possible.

Jeanne McCormack
Jeanne’s movement foundation lies in the Graham technique which was acquired in her early dance training under the tutelage of Larue Allen, executive Director of the Martha Graham Company. She danced with Contemporary Dance Company at Pennsylvania State University where she earned her B.S. and professionally with Pennsylvania Dance Theatre.
Her Pilates training began early in NY with first generation Pilates Masters including Romana, Ron Fletcher and Bruce King. Subsequent training and certification with Stott Pilates Master Trainers John Garey, Long Beach, (Mat) and Marshall Eckland, San Diego, (Reformer, CCB, Advanced Reformer, and Advanced CCB).
Jeanne’s extensive Yoga studies and certification with Professor Vincent McCullough, Pacific West Institute of Yoga. Her Tai Chi studies include certification from Dr. Paul Lam, Australia, Sun Style with and emphasis in Tai chi for Arthritis. Also Yang Style, Form 1, with Professor Vincent McCullough. She also studied Taoist Qigong and Tai Chi Chuan including Sword Form with Master Pang Kai, Wudangshan, China. (Master Pang Kai is a senior disciple of MasterWang Xuanji), and Gyrotonic and Gyrokenesis Studies with Debra Rose.
She also teaches Modern Dance at The Danse Conservatory, San Juan Capistrano.
