| Reserve your spot in 2008 U LEAD starting November 19, 2007. Complete the application form and return to UCI Campus Recreation. Once application is received the contact person will be sent registration packets for all attendees. | ||||||||
| Leadership Organizations are required to provide registration from each participant including completed registration forms along with payment. Each organization is required to have an adult advisor present throughout all events. Spaces are filled on a first come first serve basis. Confirmation will be provided once all paperwork and payments are received. | ||||||||

*10 is the minimum amount per group & 30 is the maximum amount per group |

Refunds shall be granted under special circumstances with approval from Camp Director. |

| Fee includes participation on the ropes course, kayaking/sailing, meals, lodging, and development of leadership skills | ||||||||

| Travel Information Travel arrangements are each group's responsibility. Groups should arrive no later than 9am on the first day. Students must be transported by advisors, parents or common carrier. Students must not drive themselves to U LEAD camp. |
