| ULEAD will allow student leadership organizations to come together off campus to train in leadership skills, develop unity through unique team building activities and spend time together as a group to set goals, organize and plan specific events. Leadership skills will be developed through physical challenging activities that are designed to cater to your needs and wants. | ||
| Programs will be designed to meet the leadership goals of each participating school. School leaders are given the opportunity to choose skills to be addressed from our 21 Leadership Modules. Each school may select modules from any or all of the three areas: | ||

| It is the responsibility of each participating school to choose the modules that will be beneficial to achieving goals for the upcoming year. The modules are tailored to each school’s specific goals. Programs are customized to meet your school’s needs. | ||
