  Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a self-defense art that focuses ACgrappling which positions the defender in advantageous positions, allowing him/her to physically manipulate his/her opponent. The defender does so by applying joint locks and holds, using proper body weight distribution and leverage on the ground. Instructor: Chris S

Kendo, the "Way of the Sword," is a traditional Japanese martial art that places great emphasis on discipline, respect, and etiquette. The martial art is descended from swordsmanship (kenjutsu) and practitioners use bamboo swords (shinai) to strike targeted areas of their opponent. This class will focus on teaching proper kendo etiquette and technique. Students will engage in fun and challenging physical activity. Prior experience is not required.

Punching, kickboxing, elbows and knees paired with high intensity cardio training and calisthenic exercises provide you with an outstanding work out. In class we will practice striking the heavy bags, shadowboxing, focus mitts and other pads as well as do circuit style cardiovascular training.

  Muay Thai is the national sport of Thailand and is a very beautiful display of martial prowess and an exciting ring-sport. Learn to Punch, kick, and use elbows and knees.
