Special Event/Facility Rental steps:
Reservations can be made up to a quarter in advance for most activities. All requests must be submitted at least two weeks from the date of the desired event in order to receive consideration.
- Browse our sample events, rental fees and space descriptions.
- Gather information to submit inquiry form: Days, times, event type, location, equipment/AV needs, room setup, food and/or beverages.
- Submit Event/Facility Rental Inquiry Form
- Event Coordinator will reach out within 2 business days to determine the viability of your request and available dates.
- Sign the rental contract with terms & conditions prior to start date.
- Full payment must be received at lease three business days before the event.

- In order to host a special event utilizing the ARC's facilities, all RCOs and Non-UCI groups must provide proof of insurance or an event certificate or insurance (COI). Event insurance information for UCI RCOs can be obtained at Insurance & Liability Waivers – UCI Campus Organizations.
- Requiring parking passes for your event attendees? UCI Departments can request PARKbyPLATE services through Transportation & Distribution Services. Visitor Permits | Transportation and Distribution Services.
RCO & Non-UCI Affiliates can request a PARKbyPLATE service in the inquiry form.
