Campus Recreation facility rentals & special events are available for Registered Campus Organizations (RCOs), UCI Departments, and Non-UCI groups.

Special Event/Facility Rental steps:
Reservations can be made up to a quarter in advance for most activities. All requests must be submitted at least two weeks from the date of the desired event in order to receive consideration.
  1. Browse our sample events, rental fees and space descriptions.
  2. Gather information to submit inquiry form: Days, times, event type, location, equipment/AV needs, room setup, food and/or beverages.
  3. Submit Event/Facility Rental Inquiry Form
  4. Event Coordinator will reach out within 2 business days to determine the viability of your request and available dates.
  5. Sign the rental contract with terms & conditions prior to start date.
  6. Full payment must be received at lease three business days before the event.
The Coordinator fee is reflective of the administrative work associated with coordinating an event. It is standard with ARC contracts and it is either $25 or 5% of the total event fees (whichever is greater).
