BURNĀ® is a High Intensity Fitness Program that combines super-setting weight-training with high intensity interval training taught by the fitness celebrity Maria Guerra.

BURNĀ® is a 6-week progressive program that meets 3 days a week.

There are two 6 week sessions:
Mornings at 6:30am or Evenings at 6:30pm

Dates: 1/9 - 2/16

Days: Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays
