FULL BODY FITNESS
Tone and target all muscle groups in this 40 minute intervals workout. Classic exercises such as squats, lunges, pushups and more will challenge your strength, cardiovascular and core fitness. Dumbbells and mini bands will be used in these sessions, household objects can be used as weights instead if you don’t have equipment. No class on 10/3 or 10/5.

YOGA This yoga class is geared toward both the beginner and experienced practitioner interested in a gentle practice. We will incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance and flexibility. The class is appropriate for anyone no flexibility or experience required. Each class will end with an extended period of relaxation. Yoga mat highly recommended.

ZUMBA This 50 minute class focusses on aerobic fitness using Latin American-inspired dance movements and music. It is safe for most ages and fitness levels. Please wear comfortable shoes and have water nearby.
