WINTER 2020 ARC HIIT FIT CHALLENGE

What is the HIIT Fit Challenge?

Fitness challenge to see how fit you are by competing in a 10 minute fitness challenge composed of 10 different exercises. We will count your reps for 45 seconds and then you will rest for 15 seconds before moving to the next exercise.

Who can participate?

Any student or member of the ARC can participate. This challenge is also open to all UCI employees with a $10 day pass to the ARC.

When and where does the challenge take place?

Thursday, January 9th from 5-7pm in the F45 space in the ARC Wellness Lab.

How do I register?

No registration needed! Simply come to the F45 space and select your start time with the ARC staff.

What are the two categories?

High Intensity and Hero Intensity. The High Intensity exercises are difficult, so that there’s room to improve. The Hero Intensity exercises require a little more weight or more repetitions for a score of 100.

What will I get if I win?

The top 10 finishers in the two categories will receive an F45 t-shirts!
