        Group Fitness Classes are open to UCI Students and ARC Members with one of the following passes: Group X, Yoga, F45 or an All-Access Pass.

Box & Barre

This class combines the martial madness of jabs, upper-cuts, and cardio-kickboxing, with the controlled toning and flexibility of barre work. It’s a complete workout designed to leave you motivated to conquer the day.

F45

This 45 minute workout is a complete Calorie killer that will keep you motivated to move more. F-45 is a fun HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout that uses functional equipment like battling ropes, sleds, bikes, rowers, & medicine balls. You may reserve your spot in these classes (up to 48 hours in advance), priority for spots in the classes will be given to those that have reserved a spot - Please show up 5 minutes prior to class time for your reserved spot, after that it is first come first serve.

Power Dance

This class combines lots of fun and fitness.  We’ll alternate between dance moves and fitness exercises to get the maximum out of your workout time.  We’ll close with a deep stretch so that you’ll feel refreshed and ready to start the fun all over again.
Spin & Stretch

This dynamic class is half cardio, half yoga for a whole-body rejuvenation. You’ll warm-up and do twenty minutes of cardiovascular drills on the bike. Then you’ll synchronize your body and breath with twenty minutes of yoga. This is designed to leave you feeling fantastic.


Step-Up Cardio

This quick class is designed to get your heartrate up as a complete cardio workout, or a warm-up to other exercise modalities. It’s under 30 minutes with a warm-up, cardio drills using a step platform, and a cool-down.

Strength Sets

This dynamic class is half cardio, half yoga for a whole-body rejuvenation. You’ll warm-up and do twenty minutes of cardiovascular drills on the bike. Then you’ll synchronize your body and breath with twenty minutes of yoga. This is designed to leave you feeling fantastic.


Studio Cycling

This class will challenge your endurance with fun drills set to awesome music for optimum fat burning, in your biggest fat burning engines – those legs and glutes. You’ll experience intervals of hills, sprints, and fast flats as you improve your cardio-vascular health.


Yoga

Experience the peaceful world of yoga. Hatha yoga is the physical aspect of yoga that connects breathing with the body, thereby promoting flexibility, strength, stability, and an overall sense of well being. By linking a series of poses together in incremental stages, you can increase circulation and respiration while facilitating stress/tension-reduction in the body and mind. Yoga mats are not provided.
Zumba

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
