Cameron specializes in muscle building, fat loss, strength/conditioning and corrective exercises.


Cameron's philosophy is about building a solid foundation through resistance training while prioritizing proper form and safety. He focuses on educating clients in ways that support their goals, helping them obtain positive behavior change, and create lifelong healthy habits. He believes in meeting people where they are while encouraging them to have fun and be the best they can with each workout.


Cameron's hobbies include watching movies/documentaries, listening to music, playing basketball, cooking, visiting museums, reading and hanging out with his two year old son.

Our trainers are certified by nationally recognized programs such as American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), or National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and set the standard in the fitness industry for their knowledge and education.
