I am not locked into any specializations, however, I aim to educate all my clients the importance of Fascial care. I implement the importance of muscle and tissue recovery after and pre work outs in order to avoid injuries and to maintain a strong and healthy body. I also enjoy working with seniors and older adults, I feel I can be an example of Fitness having no age limitations and we can be strong, fit and healthy at any age.

My training philosophy is to train each person according to their individual strengths and where they are currently in their fitness journey. I do not feel one shoe fits all so I train with each individual's goals in mind.

My hobbies are traveling and working out in different gyms where I travel. I also enjoy gardening, volunteering and visiting different Farmers markets.

Our trainers are certified by nationally recognized programs such as American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), or National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and set the standard in the fitness industry for their knowledge and education.
