I was raised in a household that always emphasized the importance of staying healthy and fit. I grew up playing volleyball from fifth grade until I graduated high school and I still have a very strong passion for it to this day. I have also coached multiple 12-13 year old girls volleyball competitive club teams as well as train others for sports specific exercises and movement.
I am very passionate about helping others work to achieve their unique fitness goals and providing knowledge and constant support. I have always had a strong love for exercise and staying active and I enjoy being able to pass that same passion onto other people. When I am not in the gym or at school, I love spending the day in the sun at the beach, participating in sorority events, shopping, or even just taking a nap with my cats.
