Is personal training for me?
Personal trainers are highly skilled and nationally certified, and have many roles when working with clients. Your personal trainer will serve as a coach, teacher and motivator. They will help you design a program or fine tune your current program. They are there with you to reach your goals.
Why do you need to know my schedule of availability?
We are pairing you with a trainer that can accommodate your schedule as the trainers only work when they have clients.
Can you find me a trainer at 11pm?
Most of our trainers are available between 6am-8pm due to the high crowds in the evening here at the ARC.
Can I choose my own trainer?
You can look at the trainers and their specialties, but ultimately it is based on your schedule and the trainer’s schedule.
Is there an extra fee for personal training?
Yes, the rates are listed above on the left for both 1-on-1 and Buddy Training.
Can I pay in installments?
No all sessions must be purchased in advance.
Can I get a free session before I commit?
No, but you can speak to a trainer or our personal training coordinator prior to committing. Our personal training coordinator can talk to you about how the sessions work, what trainer is best for you and review your goals.
Can I train with my friend?
Yes, you would have to purchase the buddy sessions.
Can you find me a buddy to train with?
No, as it is difficult to find people with matching schedules and goals.
How long are the sessions?
The sessions are 60 minutes. We do advise you come prior to your session as advised by your trainer so you can begin your session on time without spending time on a warm up during your session.
Will I work with the same trainer every time?
Yes, you will be assigned to a specific trainer.
