INTERESTS

I am a very active and high energy person who loves socializing. I have been involved in athletics since I was around six. I was a former three sport athlete in football, wrestling and track & field. I found my true passion to be in the gym/weight room when I was around 14. From seeing myself become healthier, physically fit and stronger year by year, I am motivated every single day to work harder. Thus, this is the reason I decided to pursue a career in personal training. I am also a fan of watching professional and college level football and basketball! I spend my free time playing basketball, piano, guitar and video games on my PS5.

PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY

There is no such thing as “one-size-fits-all” in exercise. Every person is different and one thing that may work for one person might not work for the other. Thus, as a trainer it is my goal to help find out what works the best for my client. My programming will be based on scientific knowledge and my own versatile experience. Hard work, discipline and ambition are the keys to success. Whether it is losing weight, gaining muscle or achieving optimal health, one’s self drive is important in accomplishing the finest results. To me workouts should not only be intense, difficult and boring. I am also a strong believer in having fun when working out. Having fun will not only motivate you to show up and have an exceptional session, but it will also make it enjoyable in fulfilling your long-term goals.
