EXPERIENCE

As a lifelong competitive athlete, I have a wealth of knowledge covering proper body mechanics, program planning, and personal development. I have trained numerous multisport athletes ranging from ages 8-21 to perform at their peak athletic potential. Working as a Physical Therapy Aide at Southlands Physical Therapy and Athletic Training Intern with UCI Sports Medicine has taught me proper muscle functionality, rehabilitation, and injury prevention techniques while developing my interpersonal skills. Whether you are a novice gym-goer or a hardcore fitness enthusiast, I am fully capable of designing a detailed and results-driven fitness program to help you reach your fitness goals. I am an F45 instructor, where I coach a 36-participant class through strenuous, high-intensity interval circuit workouts. Classes focus on functional, full-body exercises that help members transform their lifestyles in a community-driven environment.

INTERESTS

Medicine! I graduated from UCI in 2020 with a degree in Biology and am currently applying to medical school.
SPORTS! I have played high-level football, baseball, and soccer since the age of 5. I closely follow most professional sports, mainly the NFL, NBA, and MLB.
Travel! I love to see new places and experience different cultures! I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to study abroad in Ireland and Japan.
Research! During my undergrad, I was a student researcher with the UCI Sports Neuroscience Research lab, looking at how sport-related head impacts affect an athlete’s cognitive function. My team completed a UROP project that looked at the effects of exercise on aerobic fitness, cardiovagal tone, and inhibitory cognitive control. We had our study on a novel method of measuring energy expenditure during rest and exercise published by the American College of Sports Medicine.
Technology! I have a fascination with technology and how it can advance our understanding of life in many fields.

I focus on communication and understanding to guide you through your program and educate you on all the fundamentals to succeed independently. I will provide you with a high-quality, individualized training program that will help jump-start you to a healthier lifestyle.
My favorite training style combines personal experience with a research-based approach to movement and performance enhancement as the base of any training program.
Success is often overshadowed by hard work. I always motivate my clients to improve their quality of life through positive lifestyle choices. By doing so, my clients can build lasting habits for lifelong health and wellness.
