I have years of experience in strength and conditioning, weight-loss, calisthenics (bodyweight training) and high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
I participated in an intensive year long program at UCLA Extension for fitness instruction. During my time there I took various courses in Exercise Physiology, Anatomy and Biomechanics, Sports Nutrition, Fitness Testing and Exercise Prescription, that have broadened my understanding of fitness and wellness.
With my background I am able to help my clients create SMART goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time based; and I help them achieve their goals through individualized programming that focuses on progressive overload.
