I have experience in strength training, weight loss, and muscle building. I also have practiced taekwondo, kickboxing, and muay thai.
I enjoy many different activities such as painting/drawing, singing/songwriting, watching TV shows, listening to podcasts, hiking, and more. As weird as it is, I also spend my free time reading about exercise, nutrition, and psychology.
Too many individuals miss out on opportunities due to fears of injury, embarrassment, or failure. However, I believe that results directly reflect the work and efforts made. My goal is to encourage others to build the desire to challenge themselves to reach their full potential. By doing so, I hope to help my clients develop pride in their endeavors, as well as overall confidence.
