EXPERIENCE

After graduating from UCI I decided to transition into the fitness industry. I took a year-long fitness instruction program at UCLA, that focused on various topics related to health and fitness such as Anatomy and Biomechanics, Exercise Physiology, and Sports Nutrition. With my experience, I’m able to create fun and effective training programs to meet my client’s individual goals

● Utilizing fitness training as a form of preventative care. Why wait until we are unhealthy or suffering from an injury when we can begin to modify our lifestyle today.

Your fitness journey begins with you choosing to make changes that will benefit you. I believe that finding a healthy balance in life can be achieved with conscious effort. Motivation comes with practice, as you learn more about fitness and realize your own capabilities you’ll begin to strive for bigger goals. But it all starts with you. Ultimately, I want to help people build their confidence and strength from the inside out.
