After graduating from UCI I decided to transition into the fitness industry. I took a year-long fitness instruction program at UCLA, that focused on various topics related to health and fitness such as Anatomy and Biomechanics, Exercise Physiology, and Sports Nutrition. With my experience, I’m able to create fun and effective training programs to meet my client’s individual goals
