Sherrae has helped many people she has worked with over the years to recover from injuries, achieve fitness goals, and work toward optimal health benchmarks.

Sherrae graduated from CSULB in 2015 with over 600 hours of fitness internship experience. She started working for 24 Hour Fitness during her time there, then went on to work for Equinox and advance through the kinesiology program. Since then she has worked for a major corporation as a Health Coach and Fitness Specialist where she conducted health promotion programs, taught group exercise classes, and worked as a personal trainer.

As an experienced trainer who has come across many injuries, Sherrae plans to pursue a master’s degree in athletic training. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, photography, exploring, and being with friends and family
