In my free time, I enjoy:
Working out: In my own training, I love to challenge myself and continuously strive for progression, whether that is an improvement of movement, technique, or setting a new personal best.
Playing and watching basketball: I grew up playing organized basketball and have continued to enjoy the sport, playing whenever I can. Oftentimes, you can catch me at the ARC basketball courts playing a pickup game or getting some shots up. I’m also a lifelong Lakers fan!
Traveling: In my time at UCI, I had the opportunity to study and live in Florence, Italy for a semester. In this time, I was able to learn about the culture and history of the city, and truly integrate myself into the local lifestyle. Additionally, I was able to travel to a number of other countries in Europe including Spain, Austria, Netherlands, and England. This experience sparked my fondness and interest in further traveling the world.
I believe that fitness is for all. My priority is to help my clients improve their movement quality and reach their health and fitness goals in an efficient, safe, and enjoyable manner. This is accomplished by the development of individualized exercise programs tailored to each of my clients and their needs.
