As a previous student athlete at UCI I have had many different trainers from rehab to weight training.
I have coached several different groups of cross country athletes. I have participated as an occupational therapy volunteer at Karate For All in Tustin that focused on children with disabilities.
I was a student athlete for three years here at UCI competing in Cross Country and Track and Field. Prior to that I had been competing at a high level for a club before entering high school. I am very competitive, living an active lifestyle. I have participated in almost all sports throughout high school and club sports at UCI.

I love to run and have for many years. I embrace every moment of the journey from just starting out to the moments just before a race.
