Physical, psychological and emotional needs must all be in sync in order to be healthy, fit or strong. She enjoys mentoring others to achieve feelings of success, happiness and gratitude so that they may lead a more fulfilled life and become the best version of themselves.

Kali is the former co-director of the educational conference, UC FitCon. From 2013 to 2016, Kali helped to design, market, and execute the brand new specialty fitness conference for collegiate recreation professionals. Currently, she is most proud of her WorkStrong team and Internship program which prepares students for a wide array of clientele.


Kali has over 10 years of experience working as a Strength and Conditioning coach and has worked in most areas of health and fitness including aquatics, performance enhancement, injury prevention, fitness testing and group fitness challenges. She enjoys working with Tactical Athletes, and those with Occupational Injuries. Kali taught at her Alma Mater, Cal State Fullerton in the Kinesiology Department for years, and currently lectures at National and Local conferences each year about various fitness related topics.


Kali became interested in the strength and conditioning field after competing in a figure competition and placing first during her first show. She has competed in many sports ranging from water polo, competitive swimming, rugby and triathlons, but her true love is surfing. When she’s not in the gym, at work, or at school, she and her wife enjoy working with local dog rescues to foster pitbulls.
