Brett graduated Cum Laude with an undergraduate degree in kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton in May 2017. Brett continued his education by being excepted into the master’s program where he served as a graduate teaching associate, research assistant in the biomechanics laboratory, and group fitness instructor at Cal State Fullerton’s Employee Wellness Program. Brett has authored and been coauthored in multiple published manuscripts and abstracts that range in topics relating to biomechanics and strength and conditioning.


Brett has two years of experience as an instructor of beginning and intermediate soccer and badminton classes created to teach college students the basics of physical activity and the sport itself. Brett also has two years of experience working in Cal State Fullerton’s Employee Wellness Program where he worked hands on with the faculty and staff of the university to achieve their health and fitness goals.


Outside of work and school, Brett is an avid movie goer who enjoys seeing the latest box office hits and duds. Brett also enjoys playing baseball and basketball in his spare time and is working towards competing in local Olympic weightlifting competitions.


Brett believes that the best kind of workout program is one that you will enjoy and adhere to. He believes in simple, yet scientifically supported programs that are individualized to you and your needs. Most of all, Brett believes in sharing knowledge at every step of the process to empower you to live your best life and achieve health independence.
