After graduating summa cum laude, I built a quick release system to measure the effects of preloading on deadlift kinetics and muscle activation in powerlifters. My athletic highlights include learning the double backflip, accumulating over one million views on my bodybuilding transformation video, and squatting 500 lb at 161 lb body weight. I am most proud of the relationships I have nurtured as a tutor, teacher, coach, and friend.


I have practiced powerlifting since 2010 and have competed in the sport since 2013. However, most of my time is now invested in relearning bboy and gymnastic skills that brought me into kinesiology. During my years as an undergraduate, I trained friends at home and volunteered to coach football players and cheerleaders at La Quinta High School, my alma mater. In 2015, I began coaching professionally with powerlifters and have since expanded to gymnasts, high school physical education classes, college students, and adults looking to incorporate fitness into their weekly schedules.


As your coach, I will guide you towards your process and outcome goals in fitness. We have an amazing ability to adapt to stress and grow strong, and we can practice this through exercise. Creativity expressed through dancing, tumbling, filmmaking, and entrepreneurship excites me. I am an educator and entertainer. I am building a YouTube channel with fitness themed comedy and genuine, practical information on weight management and strength development.
