Sherrae earned a Qualified Workstation Evaluator certification in 2018 to work in ergonomics. She also became a W.I.T.S. Fitness Trainer Instructor to teach prospective trainers fitness science and about the industry in order to become certified. Sherrae has helped many people she has worked with over the years to recover from injury and learn how to be successful in their health and fitness journeys.


Sherrae graduated from CSULB in 2015 with over 600 hours of fitness internship experience. She started working for 24 Hour Fitness during her time there, then went on to work for Equinox and advance through their education program. She now works for a major corporation as a Health Fitness Specialist where she conducts health promotion programs, teaches group exercise, and works as a personal trainer.


As an experienced trainer who has come across many injuries, Sherrae plans to pursue a master’s degree in athletic training. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, photography, exploring, and being with friends and family
