How to Register - Online
  1. If renewing your membership, please skip to step 3.
  2. If this is a new membership, or there has been a change in your eligibility, please create an account on our website, and fill out our eligibility change request. Once submitted with proper documentation, you will be notified of your updated eligibility within 2 business days.
  3. Log in either with your UCI net ID, or guest account.
  4. Navigate to memberships and select the desired start date (can change start date up to 5 days out).
  5. If enrolling in autopay, the monthly initial payment will be automatically prorated, with the full monthly amount expected to be charged on the 1st of every month.
  6. Check out and enjoy your ARC membership!
How to Register - In Person
  1. ARC memberships may also be purchased at Campus Recreation Services, located on the 2nd floor of the ARC.
  2. Please provide proof of eligibility for your desired membership type.
  3. Campus Recreation Services accepts check (made payable to UC Regents), Visa, Discover, or MasterCard.
  4. Day passes can be purchased in person at the Front Desk and can be used as credit toward membership if redeemed within 7 days of purchase. The credit may only be applied in-person, or over the phone with Campus Recreation Services.
  5. Autopay memberships may only be purchased online. Campus Recreation Services is happy to assist with walking you through the process in-person, or over the phone!
  6. Enjoy your ARC membership!

UCI Faculty and Staff are eligible for a free two-week trial membership for first-time members or if it has been over a year since a previously held membership ended.

Family memberships include spouses, domestic partnerships and adult dependents. Adult dependents include adults between the ages of 18-22 who are living with and are financially dependent on a student, faculty, or staff ARC member.

Guests must be with their sponsor at all times
Guest Day Pass with a Student Member Sponsor - $15
Guest Day Pass with an ARC Member Sponsor - $20

UCI affiliates that do not have ARC memberships can self-sponsor an ARC Day pass for $20 if you are just looking to come for a day. This can be purchased in person at the ARC Front desk or online once you've created your ARC account and verified your eligibility either in person at the Sales Desk or by using our Eligibility update form. If you are having trouble checking out a day pass online, and you would like to request an update to your eligibility, please use the form here to submit an eligibility ticket.

Day passes purchased at the Front Desk may be applied towards an ARC membership within 7 days of day pass purchase.

UC Reciprocity is a partnership between all University of California Campus Recreation departments that allows all UC students, faculty, and staff who have an active Campus Recreation membership to utilize recreation facilities across all UC campuses.

Access Requirements - Facility access requirements vary from campus to campus. However, at minimum, the following will be required to activate your reciprocity membership:
  • Present current UC ID card or other valid picture ID
  • Present proof of current enrollment or employment (for example, aclass schedule, paid tuition bill, employment offer letter, UCPATH screenshot, or recent paycheck)
        An active Campus Recreation membership at your home institution may also be required 
  • Sign institution specific waivers
  • Abide by all host institution facility use and access policies
        Remember you are a representative of your home institution!

    Pricing is subject to each host school’s rates: you may be eligible to purchase a membership at the affiliate rate. Contact the membership team at your host institution for details.
Note: membership durations exceeding seven days may be subject to additional confirmation of student/employee status and current recreation membership.

  • Pickleball Court Reservations: Members can reserve courts during specific hours.
